EST. 2011 · HOARDING EVER SINCE

THE WORLD IS
RUNNING OUT
OF MEMORY.

The world is running out of memory: AI burns CPU and RAM like a furnace, storage fills, every byte gets fought over. The squirrel is still here: black chip in paw, hoarding since 2011, watching the present run dry. The squirrel never left. $SQUIRREL is the tribute: preservation isn't free, so the squirrel taxes the world back.

The Thesis

001

The world produces more data every single year.

Photos, videos, contracts, memories. Every phone, every card, every cloud. Demand for memory compounds. Supply of places to put it doesn't keep up. The squeeze never ends.

002

In 2011, the squirrel showed up to solve it.

September 2011: a storage app launches with a mascot: a red squirrel holding a black geometric object. Official trademark filings describe it as exactly that. Not an acorn. A memory chip. A squirrel hoarding storage, because that's what squirrels do.

"a red squirrel with white eyes holding a black geometric object"as described in the 2012 USPTO trademark registration. Public record. Verify →
003

The app died. The squirrel got registered.

The original app faded from the app stores, but the squirrel kept getting stamped into trademark registries across jurisdictions: a US filing in 2012, a Singapore journal entry, a Canadian filing, and an IP bulletin that names it in plain text: "RED SQUIRREL LOGO (in colour)." The mascot outlived the machine.

Preservation isn't free. So the squirrel taxes.

The AI age eats memory for breakfast: every model, every query, every GPU crunch burns CPU, RAM and storage. So the squirrel taxes the eaters. Every $SQUIRREL transaction pays a 6% fee: 5% flows into the Memory Vault (bought back and burned forever, in the name of preserving memory), and 1% flows back to the holders, a tokenized share in $SNDSK, a fair share for holding and buying. Memory consumers pay the tax. Holders earn the fees. You don't just hold the meme. You hold the toll booth.

The Flywheel

buy earns · hold earns · sell funds the burn
Red Squirrel THE FLYWHEEL $SQUIRREL every move feeds the hoard
STEP 1 · BUY
YOU BUY
you earn $SNDSK from trade one
STEP 2 · HOLD
YOU EARN
the airdrop drips to holders
STEP 3 · SELL
SOMEONE SELLS
6% tax hits the vault: buyback + burn
STEP 4 · PAYOUT
HOLDERS EARN
1% airdropped · 5% burned
01 · THE BUY
BUY $SQUIRREL → EARN $SNDSK

The moment you buy you're in the hoard. Buyers earn the $SNDSK share: a tokenized claim that starts paying from trade one.

02 · THE HOLD
HOLD → THE DRIP NEVER STOPS

Holders earn the 1% Holder Share from every trade plus the airdrop drips. Fold nothing, miss nothing.

03 · THE SELL
SELLERS PAY → HOLDERS EAT

Every sell pays the 6% memory tax: 5% is bought back and burned, 1% is airdropped straight to holders. Even exits feed the hoard.

THE LOOP ONLY SPINS ONE WAY: toward the holders. Every 6% that hits the vault gets bought back and burned. Buying earns. Holding earns. Selling funds the burn. Every path ends in the hoard.

The Memory Tax

6%
Total fee

Every buy and every sell pays the memory tax. AI is consuming the world's memory. The tax makes sure the squirrel hoards some back for the holders.

5%
Memory Vault · Buyback & Burn

5% of every trade buys $SNDSK back and burns it forever. Fees go to burning the supply, in the name of preserving memory.

1%
Holder Share

1% flows back to the holders, a tokenized share in $SNDSK from every trade. Fair share for holding, fair share for buying. The squirrel pays its own.

PAIR: $SQUIRREL / $SNDSK: AI eats the world's memory, the squirrel taxes the eaters, and every fee burns the supply. Hold and you earn fees from memory consumers.

THE AIRDROP
HOLD. HOARD. HARVEST.

$SQUIRREL/$SNDSK holders earn the airdrop, the one every degen whispers about. The squirrel has been hoarding memory since 2011; now it hoards rewards for the holders. Fees burn the supply, the Vault compounds, the hoard pays out.

"SanDisk airdrop" is community slang for the hoard paying out. This project is NOT SanDisk and no corporation is airdropping anything. See disclaimer.
